TV MINI SERIES - IN DEVELOPMENT

A contemporary crime series about a unique police covert unit that does the work no one else wants to do or can do. It is too dangerous, too dirty, too unethical, and prone to repercussions. Naively, at the beginning of the series the Police Commissioner has no idea of the nightmare he has unleashed as his coverts take on the plethora of low-life disorganised crime gangs. Our team of coverts become out of control, unstoppable, bending the rules to catch the crooks and cover their own tracks.

Within episodes it all becomes a case of the team spiralling downwards, into an abyss of razor edge results that dominates news headlines and has a frantic commissioner looking too far the other way. Our coverts start to resemble the rubble they target, as the police blue line starts to blacken. These cops are not good cops. They are not bad cops. They are uncompromising, merciless, and necessary in a society that has lost its way.

The Jacks are feral beings who carry a get-out-of-jail police badge.
