When two women steal a pair of shoes, they discover there’s more to life than high heels.

Jenny has started work as a high-class escort to spite her rich and famous mother. Stella works part-time as a cleaner to pay back gambling debts. Jenny steals a beautiful pair of shoes from a shoemaker and dumps her mother's old shoes in a hotel bin. Stella on her cleaning shift discovers the old shoes and decides to keep them. Magically, both women experience good fortune. Jenny finds herself falling for a guy at university and Stella wins a jackpot, but not before being romanced by a sophisticated, wealthy widower. When the shoemaker hunts down his prized stilettos, Jenny ends up on the run from her dodgy escort agency and Stella tries to cash in on her good luck. Their destinies eventually meet at the climax of a footwear and sex industry war where the only thing that can save them is their shoes and a posse of taxi drivers. But are they prepared to give them up?
